Automation and digitalization of home support activities for dependent persons.

The SocialNet for Good project consists of the development of a powerful tool for the digitization of the activities of the entities in the home support to people in need of support for their personal autonomy and independent living. It makes it possible to monitor the quality of life and the gradation of support, generating commitment, providing interconnections between the user, social services and other agents such as family members, service providers or caregivers, empowering the beneficiary and avoiding unwanted loneliness.

This project has been selected by the Secretary of State for the 2030 Agenda within the framework of the grants awarded to support the modernization of Third Sector entities, financed by the European Fund for Recovery, Transformation and Resilience.

Objective of the project

SocialNet for Good, born with the aim of revolutionizing the support for dependent people, especially those who live alone and prefer to continue living at home avoiding being institutionalized. The SocialNet for Good project provides a powerful digital tool to connect and monitor users, increasing their quality of independent living.

This tool will be a user-friendly IT platform, which makes it possible to monitor the quality of life and the gradation of support, which generates engagement, providing interconnections between the user, social services and other agents such as family members, service providers or caregivers, with the potential to revolutionize support for independent living as we have known it until today.
