The Indellar project consists of implementing a social programme, funded by the EU – Next GenerationUE and the Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona, to improve the quality of life and autonomy of people over 65 who are in a situation of dependency and\/or social complexity and live alone or with a caregiver who is part of the elderly collective. The programme is designed to attend to people who live in Cubelles, Canyelles and Olivella in the Garraf region and want to live independently, taking into account their life project by combining technology with a personalised approach, diversified contingent and continuous support. In this line, from April until the end of October 2024 a pilot will be developed to implement this programme within the project “GARRAF, COMARCA CUIDADORA”, an initiative of the Regional Council of Garraf”.<\/p>\n

The IndeLlar<\/b> project aims to create a new scalable model that provides autonomy, improves accompaniment, quality of life, accessibility and continuity of care, through integrated, flexible care, where a good transition between the different social, health, educational and other support systems involved is evidenced throughout the life cycle.<\/p>\n

IndeLlar<\/b> allows to obtain an objective assessment of the results in physical, cognitive, emotional and relational well-being to evaluate the impact of integrated social and health care policies on the improvement of quality of life: more days, in better health, at home, reduction of risk factors, improvement of self-care and others.<\/p>\n
