The Talent Trainer<\/b> project consists of the development of a person-centered virtual assistant to help people acquire, through coaching and training, transversal skills and competencies based on their particular needs. Talent Trainer helps to take a step forward in the empowerment of people in need of support and independent living.<\/p>\n

The platform generates a training plan for each person, identifying their needs through scales, interviews, questionnaires and evaluations. Once the needs have been identified, the learning objectives are established. The action plan is designed and executed with the learning activities, the necessary resources and the progress over time to achieve them.<\/p>\n

The results of the training actions are evaluated by the beneficiary and by the professionals who have accompanied him\/her in the training with continuous evaluations and final evaluation.<\/p>\n

A virtual assistant is in charge of monitoring the execution of the training plan, interacting with the person with a natural and individually adapted language, encouraging the use of technologies.<\/p>\n
