El projecte DeliveryBot t\u00e9 com a objectiu obtenir una soluci\u00f3 innovadora de base tecnol\u00f2gica que permeti a resid\u00e8ncies transferir hores de transport de materials a l’atenci\u00f3 a les persones, millorant la qualitat del servei i reduint costos.<\/p>\n

La soluci\u00f3 inclour\u00e0 una flota de robots m\u00f2bils amb capacitat de c\u00e0rrega de fins a 100 kg, carros diversos (menjar, roba neta, roba bruta i altres) i un programari de gesti\u00f3 de flota. Els robots se situaran sota un carro, l’elevaran, transportaran i deixaran a la seva destinaci\u00f3 de forma desatesa i segura, compartint passadissos i ascensors amb persones (treballadors, clients, residents,\u2026).<\/p>\n

Aquest projecte est\u00e0 destinat a resid\u00e8ncies de persones grans i de persones amb discapacitat. La millora de l’efici\u00e8ncia que aquest projecte aporta \u00e9s transcendental en un sector que s’ha vist especialment afectada per la crisi que vivim des del 2007, i que ha suposat una forta reducci\u00f3 dels ingressos provinents de les administracions p\u00fabliques, que a m\u00e9s han acumulat una gran deute amb cada entitat.<\/p>\n

Ha provocat un increment de l’efici\u00e8ncia i la productivitat, estalviar costos, augment d’hores del personal dedicades a l’atenci\u00f3 directa a persones en detriment d’hores dedicades a tasques de poc valor afegit, millora de la qualitat del servei.<\/p>\n
