El projecte SocialNet for Good<\/b> consisteix en el desenvolupament d’una poderosa eina per a la digitalitzaci\u00f3 de l’activitats de l’entitats en el suport a domicili a persones amb necessitat de suport per a la seva autonomia personal i vida independent. Fa possible el seguiment de la qualitat de vida i la gradaci\u00f3 dels suports, generant comprom\u00eds, aportant interconnexions entre l’usuari, els serveis socials i altres agents com familiars, prove\u00efdors de serveis o cuidadors, empoderant a la persona benefici\u00e0ria i evitant la solitud no desitjada.<\/span><\/p>\n
