Aquest projecte ha estat possible gr\u00e0cies a la participaci\u00f3 i el finan\u00e7ament del Consell Comarcal del Garraf<\/strong>, que ha facilitat la realitzaci\u00f3 del projecte i la subvenci\u00f3 concedida pel Ministeri de Drets Socials, Consum i Agenda 2030<\/strong> amb c\u00e0rrec a l’assignaci\u00f3 tribut\u00e0ria de l’Impost sobre la Renda de les persones f\u00edsiques i de l’impost sobre societats<\/p>\n

\u00a0La plataforma genera un pla formatiu per a cada persona, identificant les seves necessitats a trav\u00e9s d’escales, entrevistes, q\u00fcestionaris i avaluacions. S’estableixen objectius d’aprenentatge una vegada identificades les necessitats. Es dissenya i s’implementa el pla d’acci\u00f3 amb les activitats d’aprenentatge, recursos necessaris i progr\u00e9s en el temps per a aconseguir-los.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es\u00a0<\/span>evaluan<\/span>\u00a0els resultats de les accions formatives per part de la persona beneficiaria i per part dels professionals que ho han acompanyat en les formacions amb avaluacions continuades i avaluaci\u00f3 final.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un assistent virtual s’encarrega de fer un seguiment de l’execuci\u00f3 del pla formatiu, interactuant amb la persona amb un llenguatge natural i adaptat de manera individual, fomentant l’\u00fas de les tecnologies.<\/span><\/p>\n
